What we collect
The vehicle identifier you search for, your phone number for M-PESA payment and sign-in, documents you upload, and basic technical data such as your browser type.
How we use it
To find records for the vehicle, take payment, deliver your report, answer support requests and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
History providers receive the vehicle identifier only. Safaricom receives your phone number to process the payment. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Reports and orders are kept so you and anyone you share them with can verify them. Uploaded documents are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
